All KSA members are attentive to the unique issues faced by culturally and ethnically diverse geographies, with one of our team members, Marcos Alcorn, having personal experienceas an immigrant and Hispanic male resulting in bilingual and bicultural sensitivity. Team members have decades of experience working with organizations that provide services to unserved and underserved people. All team members have lived and/or professional experience working with communities affected and impacted by health inequities. These passionate team members bring their knowledge and expertise to your landscape, using the Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR) process. CBPR ensures that all voices are incorporated into the project.

Leadership Team
Tracy Kulik, MSPH
Ms. Kulik has 45 years of work experience with 17 years spent in hospital administration and 28 years in healthcare consulting. Her work in hospital administration included large not-for-profit systems and proprietary hospital chains, with focal points in strategic planning, quality improvement, managed care, utilization review and discharge planning. In her original consultative capacity, she provided business development, clinical service line planning and market analysis for Children’s Hospitals and Academic Medical Centers.
Following her hospital administration and hospital consulting experience, she now provides consultative support to healthcare providers and public health organizations in the planning, delivery and funding of safety net services. Ms. Kulik specializes in public health consulting for the support of federally, state and locally funded government entities. This includes State, County and Local Health Departments and Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC). She has helped form and transform health access networks nationally. She brings bridge-building and facilitation at the juncture of healthcare systems and public, safety net organizations.
In a research capacity, Ms. Kulik provides expertise in research, process and outcome evaluation in social services and public health. The research conducted by Ms. Kulik includes a hybrid methodology of primary research, both qualitative (focus groups, key informant interviews) and quantitative (surveys). This is integrated with secondary research (literature reviews, benchmarking). She is conversant in multiple frameworks for Community Health Assessments including MAPP (Mobilizing for Action through Partnerships and Planning), ROMA (Results Oriented Management & Accountability), and the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials (ASTHO), Health Improvement Planning.
Marcos Alcorn, MPA
Mr. Alcorn is a Public Health Professional with over 10 years in project management, education and 6 years of direct patient care services. Marcos contributes his multi-cultural, multi-lingual perspective to client engagements with a focus on educating and strategically advancing his clients. His fluency in Spanish and English, public health background in preventive health services to disadvantaged sections of the population, and technological expertise combine to advance public health and social services missions. In addition to strategic planning and needs assessment expertise, he brings a workforce component to help his clients respond to meeting population health demands.
Mr. Alcorn is an innovative manager experienced in Public Health, needs assessments, strategic growth and finance, program development, and program management.
He has successfully fostered relationships with state and local agencies and has integrated Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) and Community Health Centers (CHC) into the AIDS Education and Training Center portfolio. In consulting, he has managed multiple projects and clients while supervising business-focused teams through liaison with business stakeholders and coaching, translating business needs into value products for clients. He uses an analytical approach, conscientious leadership style, planning, perception, and flexibility. As a facilitator and leader, he is skilled in identifying opportunities, developing and defining a shared vision, building consensus across all levels of an organization and driving implementation.
Angie Dickman
Ms. Dickman has over 30 years of work experience with 21 years spent in hospital administration preceded by 5 years in healthcare consulting and another 5 years as a Systems Analyst and Project Manager with Eli Lilly and Company. Her work in hospital administration at Reid Health in Richmond, Indiana included serving as Interim Chief Financial Officer and providing administrative support and oversight across a wide range of clinical and business functions of the health system to support its growth and expansion.
Prior to her extensive health system administration experience, Ms. Dickman was a Manager at Kurt Salmon Associates, a niche consulting firm supporting academic medical centers and children’s hospitals.
In a research capacity, Ms. Dickman brings business development and financial expertise, information technology capability, knowledge of health system and multi-specialty physician group administration.
Kathleen Brady, PHD
Kathleen Brady, PhD is the CEO of Community Research Group, an independent organization dedicated to helping communities improve through the strategic use of data. Her expertise is data mining and analysis, community-level research, program evaluation, synthesis of qualitative and quantitative data, and identification of best practices. Dr. Brady has extensive experience in higher education and community research, having built the Metropolitan Studies Institute at the University of South Carolina Upstate. She has produced over 100 community research and data analytics studies, including public health assessments, poverty and economic mobility studies, racial equity studies, economic impact studies, program evaluation studies, and others. She believes strongly that data must be understandable to its consumers in order to be useful.
Prior to leading the Community Research Group, Dr. Brady was on the Executive Leadership Team at the University of South Carolina Upstate, serving as Vice Chancellor for External Relations and Partnerships and Executive Director of the Metropolitan Studies Institute. The University’s outwardly-facing Centers reported to her, and under her tenure, they became nationally recognized for outstanding contributions to the Spartanburg, SC community and to the state and the region.
Dr. Brady has extensive publications and has served numerous community organizations and nonprofits. Currently, she serves on the Board of Directors for United Way of the Piedmont and the Board of Directors of the New Morning Foundation of South Carolina.

Judy Carpenter, CPA, B.S.
Ms. Carpenter has an extensive history of managing multispecialty physician groups, including functioning as the President and Chief Operating Officer for Riverside Medical Clinic (RMA), a multi-specialty medical group. She has been with RMC for 33 years, with experience prior to that as an accountant at Ernst & Young specializing in health care, specifically group operations, tax, and employee benefits.
Judy’s awareness of the financial and political environment in California extends to experience in networking with local, County, and State political bodies to advocate for funding and resources for the resource-poor while diverse and growing Riverside County population.
She works in a consultative capacity following her RMC tenure, with projects supporting large healthcare systems in population health, managed care, and clinically integrated health system initiatives.
Tricia Wampler, MBA
Ms. Wampler is an accomplished business professional with an extensive history of project management, strategic planning and organizational effectiveness. Her background includes experience in healthcare, consumer products and the public sector. Her expertise is in long range strategic thinking and leading change at all levels of an organization. Ms. Wampler is skilled at community planning, dynamic group facilitation and developing solutions-oriented deliverables. She has extensive experience in guiding community organizations through recommendation sets that result in achievable action plans. Ms. Wampler has owned several small businesses and has been a consultant for over 26 years.
Ms. Wampler earned her Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Mathematics from St. Bonaventure University in Olean, New York and her Master’s in Business Administration-Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Amy Grippin, MA
Ms. Grippin is a seasoned public health professional with significant experience in Public Health Accreditation Board preparation, compliance and review activities. She has worked in Public Health in Arizona for 12 years, with functions ranging from Senior health Planner to Program Manager to health Policy Analyst to recent employment as the Division Manager for Population Health for Coconino County Health and Human Services.
Ms. Grippin earned her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona. She then pursued graduate studies in Educational Counseling from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona before receiving her Masters in Administration, Health Sciences from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff.
